Heart Haven OutReach (H2O) is a nonprofit organization located in Bolingbrook, Illinois. We offer a variety of programs and activities for high school age youth, including support groups, mentoring, character and life skills education, service opportunities, and recreation. The majority of our services are completely free of charge, and we even offer transportation to and from our programs.
